Texas BBQ catering plus unlimited servings of sodas Chicken and brisket plate to include side items and tea. Choose from two very popular caterers: Bill Miller's & Grady's.
BILL MILLER'S BBQ PLATES include 4 oz. of meat items (1/2 lb. of brisket, ¼ lb. en BBQ chicken on combination plate), pinto beans, potato salad, coleslaw, dinner rolls, pickles, onions, and jalapenos. Tea (sweetened & unsweetened) is provided as well as all condiments and utensils. |
GRADY'S BBQ PLATES include 1/3 lb. meat items (1/2 lb. on the BBQ chicken ¼ lb. chicken on combination plate), pinto beans, potato salad, coleslaw, bread, pickles, and onions. Unsweetened tea provided as well as all condiments and utensils. |
Food is served buffet style in the party house with a serving time of one to one and one half hours (depending on the size of your party). Iced tea will be served during your meal. Soda drinks are served the full length of your party by Green Tree personnel from a Coca Cola fountain and include coke, diet coke, sprite and Dr. Pepper. All cups and ice are provided. Additionally, party house tables are set up for you with skirted tablecloths.
All club staffing to include rental and lifeguard staffing
Use of Foosball tables - commercial tables for up to four players. Balls, paddles, discs and safety goggles provided.
Popcorn machine plus all supplies of paper bags, popcorn mix (corn, oil, & salt) provided; unlimited servings. Staffed by Green Tree personnel.
Cotton Candy machine plus all supplies of sugar and cones; unlimited servings. Staffed by Green Tree personnel
Sno-Cone
machine staffed by Green Tree personnel; all supplies provided including ELEVEN different flavors of syrup, dispenser pumps, cone cups and ice;
unlimited servings, staffed by Green Tree personnel
Disc Jockey to play your choice of music for four hours.
Moon Bounce - 20 x 20 jump unit . These units are made of the highest quality material and include roof netting to provide shade and air circulation for participants.
Two clowns who entertain the children with animal balloons or face painting plus magic show and games for one and ½ hours!
