Large Group Parties 100 - 600 persons
Whether
it's a company picnic, church picnic, birthday party, class or family reunion, Green Tree is the perfect place for
your group party! Save $$$ on our VALUE Turn-Key package or our “Mini” VALUE Package.
Our TURN-KEY packages are quite popular with company parties and large groups as we do all the work so you can have all the FUN! Both the VALUE Package and “Mini” VALUE Package are all inclusive and provide catering, sodas and a variety of other amenities.
The “A LA CARTE” package provides groups and companies with a variety of services and activities to choose from. Groups can pay a party fee along with a staffing fee and then order individually or "a la carte" additional services such as catering and rental items.
Standard features for all large group parties!
- Six hour time frames day or night - you choose the time!
- No additional charge for use of the pools - adult and baby pool (pool use is included in your party cost)
- No additional charge for use of tennis courts (tennis court use is included in your party cost)
- Use of party house and corporate party pavilion plus sand volleyball area, basketball court, horseshoe area, children' play area, tetherball area.
- Use of our four acre shaded picnic area complete with beautiful trees, picnic tables and bbq grills.
- Choices on catering and rental items. Do as little or as much as you want. Choose from our "Turn-Key" Packages where we do it all (you just show up and have fun!) or our "A La Carte Package" where you pick and choose what you would like for your party.
Small Group Parties - less than 100 persons
We offer the same great party options upon request. Parties may provide their own food and drink, with BBQ grills available at no additional charge. Enjoy the flexibility of designing a simple afternoon outing or elaborate event with all the extras.
School Group Parties
Green Tree is great for end of the year parties whether it is a 5th grade elementary school party; a middle school band, orchestra or choir gathering or a high school ROTC get together. School groups and organizations love spending time at Green Tree. Our beautiful shaded picnic area is a great place for kids to “hang out”. The kids also enjoy the pools, volleyball, and basketball areas. There is lots to do for everyone!
School groups may bring in their own food and drink. Barbeque grills are available for your use at no additional charge. Hot dogs and burgers fit the “picnic style” atmosphere at Green Tree. Pizza is another easy and popular option. Our larger school groups (over 100 persons) have the option of choosing our “mini” value package where we do all the work so you can have all the fun! This package has been customized to our school groups and is quite popular. It includes catering, unlimited soda drinks, D.J. and a sno-cone machine.

Children's Birthday Parties
GREEN TREE is the PERFECT place for your Child's Birthday Party! If your child is 12 or under, you may choose from our three hour party birthday package or our six hour party birthday package. If you are 13 or older, our six hour party birthday package is the one for you!
Three Hour Birthday Party Package
- For children 12 years of age and younger.
- Choose from a variety of times: 12-3 pm 3-6 pm or 6-9 pm.
- All the same great amenities for swimming, recreational facilities and play. Children love our play area! Parties may provide their own food and drink. BBQ grills are available at no additional charge.
Note: Customers wanting more than three hours for their party, may choose our Six Hour Birthday party package.

- For children 13 years & over
